CHECK IT FIRST BEFORE REPORTING A
BREAKDOWN.
If there is another trouble other than those described in the following table, pull out the power
plug and contact LG Electronics Service Center.
Symptoms
Power supply is okay
but it does not run.
No steam coming
out.
Although there is
water in water tank,
the "No W ater" lamp
is ON.
Humidity does not
rise or the water level
does not fall.
I smell an odor.
There is a leakage of
water.
Steam comes out of
other part than the
spray nozzle.
Are there alien mate-
rials accumulated in
the boiler, water
reservoir or the
steamer body?
• Dampening inside the Steamer is normal, not a trouble.
• Steam is actually invisible because it is composed of fine particles.
A smell can be produced from a plastic part.
- In the initial use, there can be a smell from a plastic part or so, and this is not a breakdown.
There can be some smell when the machine is started, first.
