Repair or replacement of the electronic unit of the Klover ALTEA 110 is not covered under warranty if the malfunction is due to non-compliant electrical connections, natural disasters (e.g., lightning, electrical discharges), or voltage variations outside the nominal range. If the issue is due to a proven manufacturing defect, and not wear or external causes, it may be covered. Replaced components are guaranteed for the remaining warranty period or for a maximum of 6 months.

Respect,
about two years ago I bought
wood stove Altea 110. After I started the construction of the family house, the basic question arose:
1. How can I connect the stove to central - underfloor heating? Please send me the seme and at least a minimum of instructions. If it can't be connected to the underfloor heating, can you give me a diagram and instructions for connecting the Alte to the radiators? In addition, my question is: "Can condensation occur on the Altea stove at low temperatures"? What do you suggest as the optimal solution for central heating? I note that the total area of my house is 160 m2, that is, 80 m2 per floor! I emphasize that the connection is done by an expert, who prefers a floor heating system. Unfortunately, all craftsmen express doubts about the possibility of building a central heating system with your wonderful stove. Therefore, I ask you for detailed instructions, noting that you can send them in Croatian or English. I thank you in advance, noting that I need your instructions, advice and plans as soon as possible - urgently, considering the dynamics of building a house. Thank you very much.
All the best,
Branko

The Klover Altea 110 wood stove can be connected to central underfloor heating by making rational plumbing connections using the provided connection points in the appliance’s technical compartment. All necessary safety devices and shut-off valves must be installed according to the system and local regulations. The system must be dimensioned for an average flow temperature of 55°C.
If underfloor heating is not possible, the stove can be connected to radiators. In this case, the same precautions apply regarding plumbing connections, safety devices, and compliance with local regulations.
Condensation can occur in the Altea 110 stove if the temperature is set below 55°C, which may damage the appliance over time. To prevent this, the temperature should never be set lower than 55°C.
For a 160 m² house, the optimal solution for central heating depends on insulation and climate conditions. However, ensuring proper plumbing connections, maintaining a minimum flow temperature of 55°C, and using additional radiators or thermal storage can help achieve efficient heating.
