If you encounter a problem establishing connection between the
TTIR control panel and KTX 4 (or SKT 4) you may need to assign
a new IR transmission channel in your KTX 4 (SKT 4). The channel
KTX 4 (SKT 4) should be set up for is A5.
CHANGING KTX 4 (SKT 4) IR COMMUNICATION CHANNEL
To ensure proper infrared communication Terma KTX 4 must operate on
the same IR channel as TTIR controller.
To change the IR channel in KTX 4 (SKT 4) do as follows:
1. Make sure KTX 4 controller is connected to mains and KTX 4 is on. If the
device is switched off please switch it on by pressing ON/OFF button.
Leaving the device ON disconnect its mains power supply.
2. Connect KTX 4 to the mains again while pressing TIMER BUTTON
and key simultaneously. Hold keys for approximately 5 seconds.
This will enable KTX 4 channel changing mode. KTX 4 should now
display currently selected channel (i.e channel A0) alternately showing
"A" and "0".
