TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Unable to

Solution
Install the Windows driver for
the USB serial interface (FTDI)
from the internet. (For
Windows select the
„recommended" driver
installation).
The driver is also contained on
the CD and will be installed
automatically.
Repeat configuration, if
necessary contact your service
partner
Check connection; are cable
colors correct? Is the data
output of the easyTRX2S device
connected with the data input
of the plotter?
Is the data rate of the NMEA
port of the plotter correct?
(standard value 38400 baud!)
The MMSI cannot be
programmed twice. The device
must be sent back to reset the
MMSI.
Please ask your service partner
for detailed information.
