7. During video recording: Press the MENU button to protect the current recording immediately.
In photo mode
8. Press the OK button to take a photo (shutter release). The shutter release sound is emitted.
9. Press the MENU button for approx 3 seconds, to switch to a different mode (Video recording or
Playback mode).
In playback mode
10. Press the UP or DOWN button to select from the individual recordings.
11. Press the OK button to play the video.
12. Press the UP or DOWN button to adjust the volume.
13. Press the MENU button for approx 3 seconds, to switch to a different mode (Video recording or
Photo shooting mode).
14. Press the MENU button to switch to the Settings Mode. Here you can delete, lock or unlock files.

13 Data transmission

USB mode
1. Connect the USB data cable to the dashcam and computer.
2. Mass storage: Allows access to videos or photos.
3. PC camera: Allows the use of the camera, e.g. as a webcam.
AV OUT
The Dashcam can be connected to a TV using an AV-out 3.5 mm adapter cable.
HDMI OUT
The Dashcam can be connected to an HD TV, computer or laptop using an HDMI cable.

15 Restart the device (Reset)

The device can be restarted in case of a malfunction. To do this, use a small object (e.g. paperclip) to
press the RESET button carefully and with little pressure.
