6. Fehlersuche und Abhilfe

Jedes Viessmann-Produkt wird unter hohen Quali-
tätsstandards gefertigt und vor seiner Auslieferung
geprüft. Sollte es dennoch zu einer Störung kom-
men, können Sie anhand der folgenden Punkte eine
erste Überprüfung vornehmen.
Soundmodul spielt keinen Sound ab
- Der Anschluss der Schranken ist bei der
Einstellung nicht notwendig.
- Überprüfen Sie bitte als erstes die Stromzu-
führungen und die Verkabelung.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass der kleine blaue Stecker
am unteren Gehäuserand des Soundmoduls mit
der Buchse daneben verbunden ist.
- Poti, ohne Verbindung von Versorgung zu
„Zeit-Buchse", im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Dabei
den Synchroneingang gemäß Abb. 2 immer wie-
der ansteuern.
- Poti, mit Verbindung von Versorgung zu
„Zeit-Buchse", im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Auch
hierbei den Synchroneingang gemäß Abb. 2 im-
mer wieder ansteuern.
Soundmodul spielt keinen Sound ab.
Am externen Lautsprecher ist kein Sound
zu hören.
- Der Anschluss der Schranken ist bei der
Einstellung nicht notwendig.
- Poti, ohne Verbindung von Versorgung zu
Zeit-Buchse, im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Dabei
den Synchroneingang gemäß Abb. 2 immer wie-
der ansteuern.
- Poti, mit Verbindung von Versorgung zu
Zeit-Buchse, im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Auch hier-
bei den Synchroneingang gemäß Abb. 2 immer
wieder ansteuern.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass der kleine blaue
Stecker am unteren Gehäuserand des Sound-
moduls aus der Buchse daneben entfernt und
isoliert ist und der externe Lautsprecher gemäß
Abb. 7 angeschlossen ist.
Wenn Sie die Fehlerursache nicht finden und
beheben können, lesen Sie bitte das Kapitel 7 „Ge-
währleistung".
6. Trouble-shooting
All Viessmann products are produced with high quality
standards and are checked before delivery. Should
a fault occur despite of this, you can do a first check.
No sound from the module.
- For adjustment, it is not necessary to connect the
barriers.
- Please check first the power supply and the wir-
ing.
- Make sure that the small blue plug at the lower
edge of the sound module housing is connected
to the socket next to it.
- Keep power and "time socket" separated and
turn the potentiometer clockwise. In the process
repeatedly trigger the synchronous input acc. to
fig. 2.
- Connect power to "time socket" and turn the po-
tentiometer clockwise. Here, too repeatedly trig-
ger the synchronous input acc. to fig. 2.
No sound from the module.
No sound from the external loudspeaker.
- For adjustment, it is not necessary to connect the
barriers.
- Keep power and "time socket" separated and
turn the potentiometer clockwise. In the process
repeatedly trigger the synchronous input acc. to
fig. 2.
- Connect power to "time socket" and turn the po-
tentiometer clockwise. Here, too repeatedly trig-
ger the synchronous input acc. to fig. 2.
- Please make sure that the small blue plug
at the housing of the sound module is re-
moved from the socket and is insulated.
Connect the external loudspeaker as shown in
fig. 7.
Please refer to chapter 7 "Warranty" if you cannot
find the cause of the failure and therefore cannot
rectify it.
