Convergence settings for dichros - Service openings
Settings for convergence must be made while the laser unit is running, therefore please take
care about your safety first - don't look directly at the laser beam!
1. There is a flap on the panel on the right side (seen from front side). Unscrew the screws
and carefully remove the flap. Both dichros are right behind the flap.
2. Now you can set the color convergence using the two dichros, by carefully adjusting the
allen screws.
3. With the correct setting of the color balance ( put red, green and blue on top) you get a
perfect white.
4. After setting up, cautiously attach the flap back on the panel.
Important Note:
Operate scanners/galvos only at appropriate speed according to the res-
pective scan angle. Too high scan speed will damage the scanning system.
