Warranty

Rainbow audio GmbH assumes a minimum 2-year guarantee or the guarantee period as prescribed by
law for a flawless functioning of all parts. The guarantee begins with the purchase of the product at an
authorized specialty shop and is only valid for the first owner and is non-transferrable.
The guarantee includes all material and workmanship defects, however does not include defects caused
by mechanical defects, electrical overloads and unauthorized interferences by unauthorized persons.
Mechanical defects:
Defects, which were created by damages to the components during installation. Dirt or metal filings in
the open magnet system. Improper installation, which no longer corresponds to the intended area of
application.
Electrical defects:
Damages, which result from electrical and thermal overloads or from unauthorized increases in
performance and clipped power amplifiers.
Electro-mechanical defects:
Damages, which result from the operation of the speaker system at too high of volumes, unadjusted
housing volumes, such as e.g. trunk, etc. and from the resulting consequential damages such as burned
voice coils and overstretched supply wires.
Accidents, force majeure or other causes not the responsibility of Rainbow audio GmbH, in particular
water and fire, are not subject to the guarantee conditions. Liability for regular wear is excluded.
