    TOPAZE STYLE OVEN Translated manual N°20045080-05 2 INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING 2.1 INSTALLATION Installation recommendations : TOPAZ E STYLE ovens are delivered ready for use. The required connections can be set up very easily. How ever, certain precautions must be taken to obtain optimum performance from your oven.
  • Page 10 ♦ Your disconnecting sw itch must be sized to the table of intensities above. ♦ PAVAILLER hood or condenser: a ter minal block located at the back of the oven is provided for the electrical supply to the hood (2A maximum). The hood control (sw itch) is positioned on the panel on the oven front.
  • Page 11 ♦ Fir mly tighten the screw s of the terminals, w ires must not move from their slot. ♦ To connect electrically a hood or a condenser PAVAILLER, disassemble the back cover of the oven and connect w ires follow ing the diagram below . Firmly tighten the ter minal screws and remount the rear cover.

By security, the command of steam cannot be used w hen the door of the oven is opened.
