The hot water heater valve on a 2014 Coachmen Clipper travel trailer is located near the water heater incoming lines at the rear of the water heater. The water heater is usually in a base cabinet in the kitchen, and it may be necessary to remove an access panel to reach the bypass valve.

Based on the provided context, the 2018 Forest River Coachmen Clipper 17BHS does not mention having a 4-season package or a heated underbelly.
The information highlights that the trailer is lightweight (around 3,200 pounds), small (17-foot box), fully self-contained, and a great option for small families or first-time buyers. It emphasizes versatility, ease of towing, and full appliances but does not mention any specific cold-weather or 4-season features such as a heated and enclosed underbelly or enhanced insulation packages.
If a true 4-season capability or heated underbelly is important to you, it would be advisable to directly confirm with a Coachmen dealer, as RV manufacturers sometimes offer optional upgrades that may not be standard.
Would you like me to help you find a list of small trailers that *do* come with 4-season packages?
