Drag down the status bar to view the

Power control widget

On the Home screen, swipe left/ right to find
the power control widget. Tap the icon to
switch on or off the functions.

Restricts the power use when the
battery is low.

Changes the brightness of the screen.
3 auto sync
Sync data when the applications
are not running, such as email and
calendar (see 'Sync data' on page 20).
4 Wi-Fi on/off
Switches on or off the Wi-Fi function.
5 Bluetooth on/ off
Switches on or off the Bluetooth
function.
To conserve battery power and increase the
play time, do the following on the player:
• Use the power control widget to
switch off the functions when they are
unnecessary;
• Set the screen-off timer to a low
value (go to
timeout]).

Music widget

When you play music from , use the music
widget to control the music play from the
Home screen.
On the Home screen, swipe left/ right to find
the music widget.
/ Tap to pause/resume play.
Tap to skip songs;
Hold to search within current song.

Customize the Home screen

By customizing the Home screen, you can
• access functions quickly;
• organize application icons as needed;
• rearrange icons on the pages.
