3. Arbitration Committee for Consumer or Consumer Courts where the
consumer resides or where the consumer transactions were made are
authorized in cases related to the disputes that may arise from
consumer transactions and implementations directed at the consumer.
4. The consumer will not be allowed to claim on any of the rights
specified in the "consumeres" legislation in the following circumstances:
If the device has been repaired, opened or its software
interfered with by a non-authorized person and/or technical
service company.
If the device serial number has been tampered with.
If the damage or malfunctions have taken place as a result of
negligence or misuse during a transportation where BAŞARI
TİCARET ve İLETİŞİM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. is not responsible.
In damages and malfunction due to use of third party
materials/devices, or where said third party materials are damaged
or malfunctioning, or where extra devices unapproved
by the vendor are used together with the device specified in the
warranty.
In cases where installation is required, and said process is
undertaken by unauthorized personnel or companies.
Cases where damages are resulting from improper or careless
use, accidents or similar reasons.
Where the device is in contact with liquid, where liquid has
entered device, or where the device has been dropped in liquid.
5. Lifetime for mobile phones has been specified as 5 years as specified
in the "post sales services regulation" numbered 29029 published in the
official gazette on 13/06/2014.
6. Authorized service stations and places where spare parts can be
procured has been specified in the warranty document.
