Do not use alcohol, diluted liquid or benzene to clean the phone.
If dust gets in the sockets, the phone can be damaged, short-circuit or
even the lose the ability to be re-charged. Be sure to clean the socket
regularly.
Terms Of Guarantee And Consumer Rights
1. When it is understood that the good is defective, the comsumer may
exercise one of the following rights of choice;
Rescinding the contract, informing that consumer is ready to
return the sold good.
Requesting a discount from the sale price in proportion to the
defect that keeping the sold good.
Requesting a free of charge by repair with all expenses borne
by the seller, if it does not require an extensive expense.
Requesting a replacement of the defective good with a defect
free one, if possible.
The right to free of charge by repair or replacement of the good with a
defect free one, may be used against the manufacturer or the importer
as well. The seller, manufacturer and the importer are severally liable in
performing the rights in this paragraph.
2. In the event, the consumer chooses to exercise the right of
requesting of the free of charge by repair;
If break down again during the warranty period,
Exceeding the maximum repair period,
Under the condition that if stated by the authorized service
station or by the seller or the manufacturer or the importer that it
is not possible to repair, the consumer, requesting for the return
of the cost of the sold good, requesting a discount from the sale
price in proportion to the defect that keeping the sold good or
requesting a replacement of the defective good with a defect
free one, if possible. The seller can not reject the consumer's
request. The seller manufacturer and the importer are severally
liable in performing the rights in this paragraph.
