CORIANDER LIME RICE
INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
2 cups rice

Add rice, water, oil, salt and juice of 1 lime to the
pressure cooker pot and stir.

Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
3 tbsp olive oil
or avocado oil

Release the pressure and mix rice.

Transfer rice to a serving bowl. Mix in the juice of the

BRUSSEL SPROUTS
INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
700 g brussel sprouts
1.
Rinse brussel sprouts and trim the bottom of the stems.
6 garlic cloves, minced

Place brussel sprouts and garlic into a mixing bowl and
toss with oil, salt and pepper.
2 tbsp olive oil
or avocado oil
3.
Place brussel sprouts into the pressure cooker pot. Add
water and soy sauce.
3/4 tsp salt
4.
Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
1/2 tsp black pepper
5.
Release pressure and serve.
1/4 cup soy sauce
6.
Try serving with one of our main meal recipes.
