How to use the yogurt option on my new Bennett read pressure cooker

To use the yogurt option on the Bennett Read 6L Pressure Chef:

1. Boil or steam the milk by placing it in the removable pot or jars on the steam rack. Press the "STEAM" button and set the preset time to 1 minute. Set the pressure regulator to "Pressure."

2. After steaming, remove the pot or jars and wait for the milk to cool to 46°C.

3. Once cooled, add your yogurt or yogurt starter to the milk and stir until smooth (no chunks).

4. Place the removable pot or jars back into the cooker, replace the lid, and set the pressure regulator to "Steam."

5. Press the "Yoghurt" button, then quickly press "Adjust" to set the desired duration (either 8 hours or 24 hours).

6. The cooker will automatically start after 5 seconds.
