9. Fault – Cause – Remedy.
Fault/error

Remedy
Consider changing to alternative cylinder.
Change to alternative cylinder.
Check the tube and medical device connected to the flow
outlet. The warning symbols will disappear a short time after
the restriction has been cleared. If no restriction is found,
make sure that the flow selector is set at zero, close the shut-
off valve and mark the cylinder as defective. Put the product
in a well-ventilated area and contact Linde Healthcare.
