Pendant la première heure, effectuer le ro-
dage en suivant avec soin le schéma p. 18.
Après cette première heure, il est parfaite-
ment possible de voler mais sans pour autant
tenter un record d'altitude ou maintenir le
moteur à fond pendant une heure ou deux
car, durant les 10 premières heures, le mo-
teur n'est pas complètement libéré.
Il convient donc d'utiliser la puissance maxi-
male pour décoller et atteindre une altitude
de sécurité (environ150 m) puis se mettre en
palier. Si vous voulez monter plus haut, accé-
lérez (mais pas à fond, gardez une marge),
ralentissez pour refroidir un peu le moteur et
accélérez à nouveau. Effectuez cette opéra-
tion jusqu'à l'altitude désirée.
Vous pourrez ensuite faire tourner le moteur
à plein régime, sans limitation de durée, et
contrôler à l'aide de votre compte tours qu'il
prendra 200 à 300 t/mn de plus. Pour les
"poids lourds ", il est conseillé de ménager
très fortement le moteur durant les 10
premières heures.
ATTENTION
Tous les incidents mécaniques liés aux
serrages moteur ne peuvent en aucun cas
être pris sous garantie.
Ils sont toujours dûs soit à un mauvais
rodage, soit à l'utilisation d'une essence
non préconisée, soit à une mauvaise lubri-
fication ou encore à une conjonction de
deux ou trois de ces facteurs.

During the first hour, carefully pre-
run in, according to the figures page
18.
After this first hour, you may fly the unit,
as long as you do not apply too much
power, meaning that you do not use full
throttle one hour or two.
During the 20 first hours, use the full gas
to take off and reach a safe altitude
(150 m), and then fly level. If you climb
higher, accelerate, but not full gas; then
slow down and accelerate again. Make
this up to the altitude you wish to fly to.
You will then be able to make your engi-
ne turn at full speed with no time limita-
tion and may notice that an RPM indica-
tor shows that your engine gives 200 to
300 rpm more than before
pilots, it is advised to spare the engine
for the 10 first hours.
WARNING
All mechanical problems linked to
engine seizure will under no circums-
tances be covered by our warranty.
Such problems are always caused
either by inadequate running-in, the
use of poor quality or incorrect fuel,
poor lubrication or a combination of
those.
