Right of complaint

The customer has a right of complaint pursuant to the
consumer protection legislation applicable at any given
time, which legislation may vary from country to coun-
try. Generally speaking, Stokke AS does not grant any
additional rights over and above those laid down by the
legislation applicable at any given time.
The right of complaint is only valid when you use your
seat appropriately and with care. Please contact your
dealer. They will decide if the seat should be returned
to the manufacturer for repair. Replacement or return
cannot be claimed when repair is possible. The right of
complaint does not get extended through repair.
The right of complaint is annulled:
* When there is no receipt.
* When defects are caused by wrong and improper use.
* When defects are caused by abuse, misuse or
negligence.
* When non-original parts or accessories are used.

Point of sale information

This is a 'Universal' child restraint. It is approved to regula-
tion No. 44.04 series of amendments, for general use in
vehicles and it will t most, but not all, car seats.
A correct t is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has
declared in the vehicle handbook that the vehicle is
capable of accepting a 'Universal' child restraint for this
age group.
This child restraint has been classi ed as 'Universal' under
more stringent conditions then those which applied to
earlier designs which do not carry this notice.
