To limit the speed of the Textron Cushman Electric Tug E-Z-GO XI 340:

1. Avoid pressing the accelerator pedal fully, as full pressure gives maximum speed.
2. Always adjust your speed to match surface conditions (dry, moist, icy, etc.).
3. Reduce speed when towing trailers to avoid losing steering control or damaging the drive motor.
4. Remove your foot from the speed control pedal when driving down inclines, especially when heavily loaded.
