3.3.5 Sensor and Encoder Test (optional)


After connecting the sensor cable, open the marking software, draw a graphics, set the
appropriate parameters, check Continuous Marking, click [Mark], sway under the
sensor with the object, check if the software triggers marking; if not, check if the wiring
is loose, if the port settings are correct, if the sensor test height is correct, and if the
sensor sensitivity is appropriate.

After connecting the encoder cable, open the marking software, open marking on the
fly dialog box, check and set the appropriate parameters, start the assembly line work,
and check if the line body speed is displayed on the marking on the fly dialog correctly.
If not, check if the wiring is loose, if the parameters are set correctly, if the fly system is
correct, synchronization between encoder and assembly line, and if contact between
the encoder wheel and the assembly line is too tight or too loose.
