With the Digital Multimeter ME-42 you have acquired a new-gene-
ration measuring instrument built to the latest technological Stan-
dards.
Construction complies with DIN VDE 0411, part 1 for measu-.
ring instruments = EN 61010-I. In addition it has been EMC-te-
sted (for domestic use) and fulfils the requirements of the ap-
plicable national and European directives. Conformance to the-
se has been proven; the relevant documents are lodged with
the manufacturer.
To maintain this condition and to guarantee safe operation, the
