Marquage de l'anneau type TPA-R1 /
1. Engagement /

Engaging

Insérer la tête de l'anneau de levage dans
l'évidement du béton et fermé manuelle-
ment le verrou. La manutention peut
commencer.
Insert the ring clutch in the recess in the
concrete and close the locking bolt or
the slide manually, pushing it to the limit
position. Then start the lifting operation.
2. Manutention /

Lifting

L'anneau de levage permet une manuten-
tion dans toutes les directions (ne pas dé-
passer la limite de charge des ancres !).
Il faut tenir compte du coefficient d'aug-
mentation de la charge lié à l'angle
d'élinguage en sachant que l'angle par
rapport à l'ancre doit être de 60° au
maximum et de 120° par rapport au
sommet.
The ring clutch can be subjected to loads
in any direction (do not exceed the load
limits of the anchors!) Angled pull of up
to 60° due to the use of a spreader is
permissible.

3. Relevage sans table de relevage

/ Tilting slabs without tilting table

Le système de levage FRIMEDA peut être
utilisé pour relever des éléments préfabri-
qués plats d'une position horizontale à
une position verticale. L'angle de traction
doit être droit et ne doit pas former d'an-
gle avec l'ancre noyée dans le béton.
Pour éviter tout épaufrement du béton,
utilisez l'ancre de relevage TPA-FA.
The FRIMEDA Rapid Lift System can be
used to move flat-manufactured precast
units from a horizontal to a vertical posi-
tion. The direction of pull is at rectangu-
lar to the built-in anchor. To avoid flaking
of the concrete, the erection anchor
TPA-FA should be proberly embedded in
the unit.
4. Dégagement /
L'anneau de levage se déverrouille à la
main : il suffit de relever le verrou; l'an-
neau est maintenant libéré.
Manual ring clutch: push back the bolt
by hand. Now the ring clutch is free.
