time and date are saved when the screen is exited using the navigations keys.
Heating Settings
The EC700 control panel can be used to set parameters for the Truma heating system,
however we advise using the Truma CP Plus digital display (p28) to set your on-board heating.
Operation While Driving
The EC700 system is designed to shutdown parts of the system while the engine is running. This
is to meet Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) regulations and to ensure the safe operation of
the motorhome.
Please ensure the system shutdown switch on the PSU is in the on (button in) position before
driving (page 7). This will ensure the electronic system is active and will therefore be able to
control the charging process, supply the refrigerator and monitor other system circuits.
Where fitted; designated 12V sockets, en-route reading lights and en-route heating will remain
operational while the engine is running.
