Solution
Plug it in
Ensure basket and tray
are inserted properly
Cook smaller amounts

Shake the basket once
or twice during the
cooking time to shuffle
the food pieces

Gently push the basket
down into the tray until
you hear a click
Keep the temperature
under 1800F when
cooking greasy food
