Slide a washer onto each front axle. Next, slide a tire onto each axle followed by a washer, and lock nut.
  • Page 5 Back Tire Assembly: Locate the 2 hub adaptors and screw the adaptors onto the back of the 2 remaining tires with supplied screws. (you will need 4 screws per tire) Once hub adaptors are installed onto the tires, slide tires onto the rear axle and align the hub adaptor with the gear box.

    Steering Wheel Assembly: Remove the nut and bolt from steering wheel. Connect the steering wheel wires and slide the steering wheel onto the steering shaft. Place bolt through the steering wheel column and replace nut to secure. The steering wheel should never be used to pick-up the vehicle. Seat Assembly: Locate the seat of the vehicle.

    Power supply Connection: Connect the power as shown in the diagram (most of the time this will already been done for you). The red wire should be connected into the red port, and the black wire going to the black port. Charging: The charging port is located under the seat of the vehicle.

    Fuse: This vehicle comes with a self-setting fuse. If the vehicle stops unexpectedly it will mainly be from a current that exceeded the fuse’s specified allotment of current. When this happens wait 8 seconds and then the fuse will automatically restart. To avoid tripping the fuse: Do not overload weight limit, stay within the weight recommendations.
