    OPERATION WARM START ENGINE 1. Press the primer bulb 10 times. 2. Set the choke lever to “RUN“ position. 3. Pull the starter grip until the engine starts. Do not pull the starter grip more than 6 times. 4. To stop the engine, toggle the switch to the “STOP”...

    MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE AIR FILTER 1. To stop the engine, toggle the switch to the “STOP” position. 2. Loosen the air filter cover by turning the knob counterclockwise. 3. Remove the air filter cover and air filter. 4. Clean the air filter using a brush.

    MAINTENANCE REPLACING THE SPARK PLUG 1. To stop the engine, toggle the switch to the “STOP” position. 2. Disconnect the spark plug boot. 3. Using a combination wrench, loosen the spark plug by turning it counterclockwise. 4. Remove the spark plug.
  • Page 25 MAINTENANCE 5. Install the new spark plug. If using a combination wrench, tighten the spark plug by turning it clockwise with a torque of 216 in.lb. (24.40 Nm) minimum, 264 in.lb. (29.82 Nm) maximum. To hand-tighten the spark plug, make 4 turns plus another 1/5 turn.

    MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE BLOWER 1. To stop the engine, toggle the switch to the “STOP” position. 2. Clean the blower using a brush. WARNING: Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use.

    STORAGE STORING THE BLOWER 1. To stop the engine, toggle the switch to the “STOP” position. 2. Turn the nozzle counterclockwise, and then detach from the upper blower tube. 3. Using the combination wrench, lift the locking tab, then turn the upper blower tube counterclockwise.
  • Page 28 STORAGE 5. Loosen the fuel cap slowly by turning it counterclockwise. Remove the fuel cap. 6. Drain all fuel from the tank into a container approved for petrol. Replace and tighten the fuel cap. 7. Store the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place that is inaccessible to children.
