Check it has switched over correctly
Check whether your 1&1 HomeServer has successfully switched to DSL.
Open your browser, go to http://fritz.box,
enter your FRITZ!Box password and press
ENTER to confirm. Your connection type is
displayed on the overview page:
If there is a green light in front of "Internet"
and "DSL" , then the switch has been

successful.
Please check the following if the switch has
not worked properly:
1. Is the DSL cable plugged into the correct
port on the telephone socket and the
1&1 HomeServer?
2. Is it the connection date?
3. Is it past 6pm?

Note: Problems with
the switch
If there are problems
switching to DSL, unplug
the 1&1 LTE-Antenne from
the 1&1 HomeServer. Then
restore your 1&1 Home-
Server to factory settings
(> page 23), and set
it up again using the 1&1
Start-Code from the letter
„Ihr 1&1 Anschluss – Ihre
Zugangsdaten" (Your 1&1
connection - your login
details) (for DSL).
