Insert an MD you want to edit (see
page 18).

Press the MD button to switch the
function to MD.

Turn MULTI JOG until the track
number you want to erase appears.

Press EDIT/NO, then turn MULTI
JOG until "Erase ?" appears.

Press ENTER/YES.
"Erase ??" appears.
To cancel erasing, press p.

Press ENTER/YES again to erase
the track.
"MD Complete" appears for a few
seconds and the selected track and title
are erased.
To cancel the Erase Function
Press p.
Note
"Erase!! ?" appears when the track was recorded or
edited on another deck and is erase protected. To
erase the track, press ENTER/YES while "Erase!! ?"
appears.

Erasing all tracks

You can erase the disc title, all recorded
tracks and their titles at once.

Insert an MD you want to edit (see

Press the MD button to switch the
function to MD.

While the deck is stopped, press
EDIT/NO, then turn MULTI JOG
until "MD All Erase?" appears.

Press ENTER/YES.
"MD AllErase??" appears.

Press ENTER/YES again.
"MD Complete" appears for a few
seconds and the disc title, all recorded
tracks and their titles are erased.
To cancel the Erase Function
Press p.
