Fire protection
F
ire extinguishers are subject to national regulations; therefore, they are not sup-
plied with the boat.
While in use, the boat must be fitted with portable extinguishers.
WARNING
If you choose to install a carbon dioxide extinguisher, it can only be installed in areas with powered up electrical equipment (for example electrical engines, battery
compartment, electrical panels, etc.) or flammable liquids (like in the galley).
Only compatible replacement parts should be used for the fire protection system. They must have the same indications and be technically equivalent.

he engine compartment's fire extinguisher outlets are situated at the bed heads in the two rear
cabins (behind the mattresses).
In order to access this outlet, it is necessary to move the mattress. Then punch through the outlet with
the fire extinguisher's hose and trigger the extinguisher according to the manufacturer's instructions.
