regardless of the actual number of speakers:

Front (left)
R:

C:
Center (monaural)
LS:
Rear (left)
RS:

Rear (monaural): The rear component of the
Dolby Surround processed signal or the
Dolby Digital signal.
LFE: LFE (Low Frequency Effect)
