Troubleshooting

Low Speed.
The motor is not working.
Power indicator light does not shine.
Power indication of the battery is on, but the bike
doesn't work.
Reduced battery performance.
Charger not fully charging the battery.
Low battery power.
Problem Check
Battery Power.
Tire Pressure.
Is tire flat?
Load.
Every Plug.
Loose wiring or
connection.
Check the battery is
fully charged.
Check the light on
the charger
remains red during
the charging
period.
Check if the charger
works correctly.

Charging.
Inflate the tire.
Repair the tire.
Do not overload.
Ensure every plug is
connected. If the
situation does not
improve, please
contact the dealer.
Check wiring and
connections,
particularly brake
connections. If
problem persists,
contact dealer.
If not, charge fully.
If not, replace the
charger.
Replace battery.
