so the largercookingelementis in
front.
2. Flat-bottomed cannersmustbe
used. Do notusecannerswith
flangedor rippledbottoms(often
foundin enamelware) k ause they

the prescribedtime,withno
interruption in processingtime,
youcannotcanon soliddisk
elementsif the bottomof your
canneris not flatenough.
