Important Safety Considerations DO NOT modify the product in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the product. There are specific applications for which the product was designed. Use the right tool for the job.DO NOT attempt to force a small equipment to do the work of larger industrial equipment.
RACK USE AND CARE Do not over fill the rack. Racks do a better and safer job when used in the manner for which they are designed. Plan your work, and do not overload. Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the rack will operate properly and perform its intended function.
Assembly Note: A Wrench and an Allen Wrench (not included) are tools required for installation, along with cordless or electric drill with a 7/16" drill bit. Open Wrench Open Wrench Allen Wrench Allen Wrench Size=14mm Size=17mm Size=5mm Size=8mm Do not exceed 250 lb. weight capacity, distributed evenly across both frames. Be aware of dynamic loading! Load movement could cause excess load, causing product failure.

Step 2- Refer to Fig. 2 Insert the Upright Support (6) into the top of the Front Upright Support Bracket. Set them into position in the truck bed. If there are ribs on the floor of the truck bed, ensure that the foot of the Upright Support is set securely on a rib.

Step 4- Refer to Fig. 4 1. Assemble the upper arm using 5/16"Button Head Bolts (G), 5/16"Flat Washers (K) and 5/16" Lock Nuts (J). Use a 5/16" Button Head Bolt (H) to attach the Ladder Stop (5) with the Spacer (M) in the gap of the Horizontal Cross Arm (7).
