Using the Audio Menu
To select the Audio fvlenu

Press
MENU.
joystick to the Audio
ystick to scroll through
the options.

Press @ to select an option.
That option's settings appear.

Use the joystick to scroll through
the settings.

Press 0 to select the desired setting.

MENU to exit the menu
screen.
To restore the factory default settings for Treble, Bass and Balance

RESET
on the remote control when in the Audio menu.
Selecting Audio
The Audio menu includes the following options:

Adjust to increase or decrease higher-pitched sounds.
Adjust to increase or decrease lower-pitched sounds.
Adjust to emphasize left or right speaker balance.
Select to stabilize the volume.
Steady
ON
Sound
OFF
Effect
TruSurround
Simulated
OFF
MTS
Stereo
Enjoy stereo,
bilingual and Auto-SAP
mono
programs
Select to turn off Steady Sound.
Select for surround sound (for stereo programs
only).
Adds a surround-like effect to mono progra&.
Normal stereo or mono reception.
Select for stereo reception when viewing a program
broadcast in stereo.
Mono
Select to automatically switch the projection TV to
second audio programs when a signal is received.
(If no SAP signal is present, the projection TV
remains in Stereo mode.)
Select for mono reception. (Use to reduce noise
during weak stereo broadcasts.)
