CARE & MAINTENANCE
Maintain o-rings with a light coating of silicone grease to preserve seal.
Clean charge terminals with rubber pencil eraser or cotton-tipped or foam-tip
swab with vinegar/water solution.
STORAGE & TRAVEL
Never store the lights with the batteries fully discharged as this may cause
permanent damage to the batteries.
Store your light partially to fully charged for long life.
Do not leave lights in direct sun or stored in hot location.
Turn power switch off for travel.
Always operate the CLx with a DM modifier installed to protect the LED from dust
and moisture.

OPERATING THE CLx WITH
SOFTBOXES
When using 3rd-Party modifers that cover
the heat sink, trapped heat can cause
the light to lower it's output. To prevent
overheating, open the modifier vents or
dial back to a lower lumen output.

OPERATING FROM EXTERNAL POWER
Light will operate best on external power if internal battery is charged
60% or more. If the light is run off wall power with an empty battery,
the extra heat generated while charging may reduce the output.
* The light will run at full power off external external source as long as
1- the battery is charged to 60% or more
2- power supply minimum 110Watt

MENU SCREEN

Long press of middle button access /exits menu
Short press of front/rear button adjusts the
selected option up/down.
Short press of middle button advances to
the next option (i.e. if the group setting was
selected, it would advance the frequency. The
selected option blinks slowly so you know which
one is active).
After 20sec pass without a button press, the
menu screen will exit.
