Disconnector LEDs can indicate two special cases.

Open and close LEDs are both OFF

Grounding LEDs

The device has six LEDs indicating the grounding status. They are located on the
device front panel. Each grounding disconnector has two LEDs, which indicate the
status of the grounding disconnector.

All grounding disconnector digital input pins have connector X3 pin 10 as the
