MEASURING INSTRUMENTS 3 MEASURING PROCEDURE 3.1 Measuring the number of revolutions Move the function switch to position "RPM". Install the terminal for measuring r/min, RPM Press the measuring button and lightly press the detection pin (B) against the central hole of the rotating shaft, making sure to keep it properly aligned.

MEASURING INSTRUMENTS 4 MEMORISED DATA DISPLAY KEY Immediate reading of the last stored value and the maximum and minimum values by pressing the "F" key. "UP" indicates the maximum value and "dn" indicates the minimum value; "LA" indicates the last value read. 5 REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES If the instrument is not going to be used for a long period of time, it is advisable to remove the batteries.
