NOTE
Electromagnetically activated switching and positioning devices require noise suppres-
sion (see section 6).
The selection of cables and the cable lengths are subject to the "Cables" table in section
5.
The timer has an INTERBUS interface for I/O signal and programming data communica-
tion via the very same bus system (IB-S and PCP). Optical waveguides are used as trans-
mission media.
The INTERBUS-S port of the timer operates according to profile specification C0 with
specific enhancements.
All inputs are served by the INTERBUS-S interface.
All outputs are served by the INTERBUS-S interface.
