How to Enter the Service Mode

1. Touch and hold the [Close] icon.

Checks the hardware
operating state
Two or more color patterns
are displayed on the screen.
Keyboard is displayed.
You can write lines on the
screen with a finger.
Custom-order setting items
Returns the administrator's
password to the factory
setting.
For Windows license
activation.
Purpose of use
Condition check on the position
sensor, capture board, etc.
Check for display abnormality in the
LCD panel
Enter characters on the screen.
This is used to isolate defects in the
position sensor.
Not for servicing items
When the customer has lost his/her
password.
When the SSD is replaced, perform
after replacement.
