Run the CD,install USB driver software CP210x_VCP_Win2K_XP_S2K3.exe.
Then install dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe.
Connect JW3213 PON power meter to the computer's port using the provided
USB cable,Open the software as shown in below figure:
