8. PANEL FACILITIES AND SPECIFICATIONS
8.1 PANEL FACILITIES

1 Cable strap mounting hole
2 Power switch/Indicator
When it is ON, the indicator lights up green.
3 DC IN (9.3 V)
Connect the AC adaptor provided.
(Do not use an adaptor other than the AC adaptor pro-
vided.)
4 AC adapter latch clamp
This secures the adapter cord.

Remote Control Satellite Input Terminal
If you combine this unit with a display other than the
Pioneer plasma display (PDP-V402, PDP-V402E), the
remote control satellite (sold separately) is connected
here for remote control operation of this unit.
Remote Control Unit
Remote Control Buttons for Plasma Display Operation
POWER button
Turns the power ON and OFF.
VIDEO button
Switches the input function to VIDEO
input.
MENU button
Switches between the normal screen
and the MENU screen.
Adjustment buttons
Used to adjust the image.
MENU button
This changes over from the menu screen
to the normal screen. When a test pattern
is indicated, turn off the indication.

6 RGB Output Terminal
The RGB signals converted into the VGA signals by
this unit can be viewed on the plasma display by con-
necting the provided D-sub 15-pin cable to the RGB2
input connector of the plasma display. The input func-
tion of the plasma display should be set to RGB2. The
plasma displays from PIONEER (PDP-V402 or PDP-
V402E) output the remote control signal for use by
this unit to enable the remote control. If the remote
control of this unit is required, set the remote control
out switch of the plasma display (PDP-V402 or PDP-
402E) to ON.
7 RGB Input Terminal
Signals are input here from your PC using the display
cable connected to the RGB output terminal of your
PC.

Y/C button
Switches the input function between Y/C.
RGB 1, RGB 2 buttons
