11. Any operations under warranty are ensured only if
handled by an authorised help centre found on the web-
site www.ikoniaeurope.it.
12. The warrantor is not responsible for any damages or
losses stemming from the impossibility to use the pro-
duct while it is being repaired.
13. IThe warrantor can refuse to respond to the prom-
ptness of the warranty service in cases of unexpected
force majeure circumstances such as: natural disasters,
civil disorders, etc.
14. The warranty does not cover:
- the aesthetic parts that are considered subject to nor-
mal wear and tear
- damages stemming from outside causes, such as: me-
chanical damages, effects of atmospheric events, pollu-
tion, flooding, power surges, etc.
- the malfunctioning of unauthorised software installed
in the product
- accidental damages or those caused by loss of memo-
rised information by the customer
- any use of the product beyond the description in the
application field for its use;
- costs sustained for normal maintenance and cleaning
activities of the product
- damages caused during transportation of the product
from the sales point to the customer, mishandling, adju-
stment or change, use contrary to the technical or safety
regulations
15. The warranty provides parts replacement; the repla-
ced parts remain the property of the warrantor. Repla-
cement can be with a different brand of at least
equivalent technical performance.
16. The customer loses his right to warranty if the war-
ranty seal is broken, scraped off or missing its serial
number, or if there are structural changes to the system
or the device.
17. The warrantor is not responsible for any damages or
losses stemming from the impossibility to use the pro-
duct while it is being repaired.
18. The warranty does not include the customer's right
to request reimbursement of lost profit because of de-
fective devices.
19. The warrantor is not responsible for damage caused
by data loss; firmware, software and maps will be resto-
red depending on their production status.
20. The legal relationship between the customer and the
