Add icon to Start Menu
a. Press on the icon of apk and slide to downside,
choose to fix it to the start menu in the app bar.
b. Press the specific icon of apk for longer time and
choose "fix to start menu" from app bar.

Delete icon from start menu
Select the apk, slide downside, select "to cancel from
start menu" from app bar
