1. In Chart, select - settings - more.
2. Accounts - create PIN.
3. Next - Confirm - OK.
Switch to local Account/Microsoft Account
In local account mode, the user date will not be
synchronized.
In Charm, select-setting-more pc setting-account
-creat local account.
