    Yepzon device Pairing to a smartphone or tablet for the first time The new Yepzon ONE 2.0 is paired to your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet with the QR code printed on a leaflet in the sales package. Download the Yepzon App (Google Play or App Store) Open the App.

    Adding more users Use the Yepzon App to share the access to your Yepzon with another smartphone or tablet. Open the Yepzon App. Select the Yepzon device. Select Settings. Select Manage access rights. Select Add user and follow the instructions for sharing the access.

    Example: Paul is going to park his car for a month, and he is worried about thieves. He hides the Yepzon under the hat shelf of the car and sets the connection interval in the Awake mode to 10 minutes and in the Sleeping mode to 12 hours. During the week, he occasionally checks the Yepzon’s status on his phone.

    Power off and restore Turn off the Yepzon The Yepzon device can only be turned off from the Yepzon App. This is only required in rare circumstances (e.g. during flight). Note: After shutdown, the tracker must be plugged in to charge to turn back on.

    Example: Connection interval is 3 hours and the device is sleeping. The last connection was at 12:00. The user taps the locate accurately button at 12:01. Tracking starts at 15:00 except if the device starts moving before that, in which case the tracking starts immediately after detecting the movement.

    Yepzon is not a substitute for parental or guardian supervision. Always adhere to local laws and regulations. Switch off the Yepzon in places where the use of cellular phones is not permitted or where it can create interference, for example on board airplanes, in the vicinity of medical equipment, and at blasting sites.
