C o n n e c t o r s - " C "
T h e cavities a n d wire terminals in e a c h
connector are n u m b e r e d starting from t h e
upper left (locking tab up), looking at the m a l e
terminals f r o m the terminal side or looking at
the female terminals from the wire side. Both
v i e w s are in the s a m e direction so
the
n u m b e r s are the s a m e . T h e gender of the
connector is determined by the pins within t h e
connector. All cavities are n u m b e r e d , even if
they have no wire terminals in t h e m .

T h e connector cavity n u m b e r is listed next
to each terminal o n the circuit schematic.
T h e cavity/terminal s h o w n below is #6.
This m e a n s that the
connector connects
directly to the c o m p o n e n t .
This m e a n s that the
connector connects to a
lead (pigtail) wired directly
to the component.
This symbol represents
o n e bus bar inside the cap
of a junction connector.
A junction connector cap
m a y contain several bus
bars, but only the one
.
affecting that circuit will be
s h o w n . T h e dots represent
tabs o n the bar that the
wire terminals connect to.
Remaining wires to
the s a m e bus bar are
represented by a
d a s h e d line.

A solid border line means that
the entire component is s h o w n .
A broken border line indicates
