My A/V equipment does not respond to commands from the Remote Control
• Check the status of the battery on the screen. If the Battery level icon is red, recharge the
Remote Control as described in Charging the Remote Control on page 5.
• Contact your installer. He might suggest to check whether your equipment is in range.
You can check this in the Service Menu.
B Warning
Only enter the Service Menu if your installer instructs you to do so! Do not enter the
Service Menu to solve problems yourself!
