To remove the cover: Step 1: Unscrew the screws from the cover (2 units) with The Machflow security key supplied. Step 2: Carefully, remove the cover from the base. Pay attention not to damage the led sensors.

To remove the motor: Step 1: With the support of a screwdriver, remove 4 screws from the upper nozzle. Step 2: Take out the upper nozzle (if the nozzle is extremely fixed, it’s suitable to use a plain screwdriver to make this step easier, but taking care not to damage the plastic pieces).

Step 3: Once we clearly see the motor, (it’s disconnect motor cables recommended to use pliers).

Step 4: Take out the motor for its replacement. Step 5: To install a new motor, follow the above steps in the other way around.

Electronic board (P.C.B Board) - Allow adjustment distance detection. - Allow adjustment motor power (rpm) The Machflow is assembled with the motor potentiometer set at maximum in both “distance detection” and “motor rpm”.
To remove the electronic board: Step 1: Unscrew the supply cables of the electronic plate. Step 2: With the support of pliers, take out the bridles that hold the cables to the base.

Step 3: With a plane screwdriver, take out the Nylon screw that fixes the electronic plate to the base. Step 4: Carefully remove the electronic plate, paying attention not to damage the cables.

Step 5: Once the electronic place is out of its housing, unscrew the motor cables (2) connected to the equipment wiring. Step 6: To install a new electronic plate, follow the above steps in the other way around.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE Preventative Maintenance - Cleaning Inspect units annually or bi-annually, depending on the working load of the dryer. Clean the active parts of the unit, like the motor, the heating element, the fan wheel and the electronic board, with a small soft brush.
