How to identify the unqualified (incorrect) Firewire HBA:
The incorrect (unqualified) PCI-Express 1394a Firewire HBA is a PCI-e x1 card and may only have 2 1394 ports on the
outside. It will probably reside in slot 2.
It is alright for this HBA to reside in the system, it will not cause a problem as long as it not used for 1394
Camera / Deck connectivity for Symphony, Media Composer or NewsCutter.
