or where petrol is stored. Avoid repeated or
prolonged contact with skin or breathing of vapor.
NOTE: Petrol should be stores in an approved
container. Never buy or store more than 30 days
supply of petrol. Do not mix oil with petrol.
7. CONNECT HIGH PRESSURE HOSE AND WATER SUPPLY
TO PUMP (See Fig. C1~C5)
WARNING: Do not connect machine to potable
water supply.
Alternative water supply
--- A self-suction mechanism allows for the product
to optionally be connected to a bucket or water
tank instead of a water supply main. With the hose
inserted into the bucket or water tank, the self-suction
mechanism will draw water directly from the bucket
or tank.
--- When use self-suction function, need press the
trigger gun and hold approx 3 minute before the gun
reach normal spraying water pressure (the pump need
extra time to eject air inside pump before operation).
NOTE: Pay close attention to the amount of water in the
bucket or water tank to
ensure that there is an adequate supply of water to
avoid running the pump dry.
1) Uncoil high pressure hose and attach one end of
hose to base of spray gun. Tighten by hand in
clockwise.(See Fig. C1)
2) Attach the other end of high pressure hose to
water outlet (12) on pump. Tighten by hand in
clockwise. (See Fig. C2)
3) Run water through your water hose (not supplied)
for 30 seconds to clean out any debris.
4) Before connecting water hose to water inlet(14),
inspect inlet screen (c). Clean screen if it
contains debris or have it replaced if damaged.
Do not run pressure washer if inlet screen is
damaged. (See Fig. C3)
5) Connect the water hose (not supplied) not to
exceed 15 m in length to the water inlet.
6) Turn on the water, unlock the trigger safety lock
(17) of the gun and squeeze the trigger to purge the
pump system of air and impurities.(See Fig. C4)
7) When not in use, the locked trigger gun may be
stored in the Storage For Trigger Gun and Lance
(2) and the high pressure hose may be stored in the
Storage For High Pressure Hose (5). (See Fig. C5).
8. CHECKLIST BEFORE OPERATION
Review the unit's assembly to ensure you have

performed all of the following.
1) Be sure to read Operation sections before using
pressure washer.
2) Make sure handle is in place and secure.
3) Check that oil has been added to proper level in
the engine crankcase.
4) Add proper fuel to fuel tank.
5) Check for properly tightened hose connections.
6) Check to make sure there are no kinks, cuts, or
damage to high pressure hose.
7) Provide a proper water supply at an adequate flow.

9. OPERATION

WARNING: Do not operate the machine in
a closed or poorly ventilated areas as the
exhaust gas contain poisonous substance. Keep
hands, feet, hair and clothing away from all the
moving parts of the machine. The exhaust and other
parts of the machine will become hot during use.
Make sure that the blade is securely fastened before
starting the engine.
NOTE: To start the engine, make sure that the spark
plug connector (9) is located on the spark plug and the
machine is filled with sufficient oil and petrol.
Starting the Pressure Washer
To start your pressure washer for the first time,
follow these instructions step by-step. This starting
information also applies if you have let the pressure
washer sit idle for at least a day.
1) Check that high pressure hose is tightly connected
to trigger gun and water outlet (12). See Assembly
section.
2) Make sure unit is in a level position.
3) Connect water hose (not supplied) to water inlet on
pressure washer pump
4) Turn on the water, unlock the trigger safety lock
(17) and squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to
purge the pump system of air and impurities.
5) Attach lance to spray gun. Tighten by hand in
clockwise. (See Fig.D1)
6) Choose nozzle you want to use, pull back on collar
of nozzle extension, insert nozzle and release
collar. Tug on nozzle to make sure it is securely in
place. Concerning the chooses of nozzles, please
refer to the Accessories section. ( See Fig.D2)
